Privacy policy

Updated 15 October 2026.

Who processes your data

Proadvert is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands. KvK: 42141355, VAT: NL005528812B19.

Contact for data questions: Telegram @alexganobe (t.me/alexganobe).

What data

From the brief form: your name, Telegram, WhatsApp or email, your field and city, your Instagram link and how you heard about me (if you fill them in), and the tags of the link you came from (for example, utm_source=instagram).

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else receives data

Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and storage of form submissions (USA). Data is transferred to the USA under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Telegram — a copy of your request reaches me as a message from my own Telegram bot, so I can reply faster. Only my account sees it. Telegram’s servers are also located outside the EU.

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised visit data, and with cookies only if you clicked “Accept”. If you clicked “Decline”, no data is sent to Google. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you open a client’s website in the pop-up window, that client’s website loads with its own privacy rules.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 runs in consent mode (Google Consent Mode). Until you choose, it sets no cookies and assigns you no identifier; it only sends anonymised information about the visit: which page is open, the type of device and browser, and the country. If you click “Accept”, analytics cookies are switched on (Google Analytics 4). If you click “Decline”, analytics is switched off completely. You can change your choice at any time: “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

The website remembers in your browser your answer to the cookie banner and, on pages with the intro video, that you have already seen it (so it isn’t shown again). This is needed for the website to work.

How long I keep data

Requests: up to 12 months if no contract is concluded, then I delete them. If you become a client: as long as Dutch tax law requires (7 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing.

If you think your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the data protection authority in your country.
